WHO WE ARE

Chi Alpha is a national campus ministry on over 300 university campuses worldwide. We're a movement of college-aged men and women earnestly following Jesus Christ. Our mission is to reconcile students to Christ, equipping them through Spirit-Filled communities of prayer, worship, fellowship, discipleship, and mission to transform the university, the marketplace and the world.

5 FOLD APPROACH

We seek to introduce fellow collegians to an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ. We plan to do this through prayer, worship, fellowship, discipleship, and mission.

4 PILLARS OF LEADERSHIP

honor

respect

unity

prayer

These pillars should be reflected in our students, missionaries and staff. Prayer encompasses all these pillars. You honor and respect those for whom you pray, and you are united with God and others in prayer. We encourage prayer. It is the way we communicate and intercede to God for friends, family and ourselves. Jesus taught us how to pray and we should do so on a regular basis. You can pray by yourself (Matthew 6:6) or with others (Matthew 18:20).

Sierra Williams
Campus Missionary Associate

When the Lord led Sierra to Chi Alpha in college, she knew she had found her spiritual family. It was there that she learned what it means to truly follow Jesus. After completing a year of missionary training post-college, she is excited to train and teach college students to love Jesus with all they have and see them launched into their roles in carrying the Gospel to the ends of the earth! Her favorite parts of campus ministry are leading small groups, teaching students how to dive into the Bible, and seeing them hear from God.

Francheska glimpsed Chi Alpha as a student when Fort Myers Chi Alpha came to her school, the University of Puerto Rico at Cayey, on a mission trip . She was mentored by Chi Alpha staff members, went to Chi Alpha's SALT retreat in 2019, and was obedient to answer God’s call to join Chi Alpha and do the CMIT internship program. Francheska is excited to reach other Spanish speakers at FGCU. Her ultimate goal is to raise a team that will pioneer a Chi Alpha at the University of Puerto Rico at Cayey.
